As a Strategic Partnership Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how Sanofi Vaccines grows sustainably across Nordic markets, building the partnerships and strategies that make a real difference in people's lives. Main Responsibilities
Tender & Private Market Access Strategy
• Partner with Country Vaccine Leads to develop and execute end-to-end tender strategies that secure sustainable, competitive business across public and private markets
• Develop compelling value propositions and pricing models tailored to government, institutional buyers, and private market partners including wholesalers, clinics, chains, and pharmacies
• Identify market access barriers and design targeted mitigation strategies in close collaboration with local Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) teams
• Monitor tender and commercial policy performance, continuously refining approaches to improve win rates and contract sustainability
• Build business cases for new strategic projects and initiatives as needed
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
• Drive innovative partnerships and projects that position Sanofi as a leading partner in prevention through vaccination
• Represent Sanofi Vaccines at policy forums, health conferences, and institutional meetings, in alignment with Country Vaccine Leads
• Collaborate with Nordic team members to coordinate and align regional activities
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and Market Access teams to deliver coherent and compliant partnership strategies
Vaccination Coverage & Portfolio Performance
• Maximize vaccination coverage through data-driven insights, collaborative public health initiatives, and targeted programs
• Lead the optimization of the mainline vaccines portfolio, including lifecycle management and competitive positioning
• Support the full vaccine portfolio including RSV, Flu, and COVID vaccines as needed
• Leverage real-world evidence and epidemiological data to identify coverage gaps and prioritize intervention opportunities
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership outcomes and portfolio growth
• Manage sales reporting (in-market and Sanofi sales) and portfolio optimization including pack size decisions

About You
Experience
• Proven track record in strategic partnerships, market access or public affairs roles - vaccines or pharmaceuticals experience would be highly preferable
• Deep understanding of vaccine market dynamics, public health priorities, and private market ecosystems

• Fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Norwegian required (depending on the location)
• Fluency in English is a must

The salary range for this position is :kr593 600,00 - kr890 400,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
