As a Hospital Sales Representative, you will bring the marketing plan of action to life with key opinion leaders, key hospitals, and related allied health care professionals through uncovering and maximizing business opportunity to truly partner and innovate together.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Key Responsibilities

Business Performance & Account Strategy

Accountable for delivering the sales demand and access objectives for assigned strategic accounts across a defined portfolio

Develop and execute   tailored   account plans based on opportunity mapping, customer insights, and KPI performance

Analyze account performance and recommend initiatives to strengthen competitiveness and portfolio growth

Customer Engagement & Promotion

Build and sustain relationships with key prescribers, hospital decision-makers, and relevant payers

Promote our products with   healthcare professionals through compliant, scientific discussions on approved indications and   patient   value

Key Account Management &   Cross Functional   Collaboration

Map and actively manage stakeholders across assigned hospitals and key accounts

Understand the end-to-end patient journey to   identify   and address access and treatment barriers

Identify   opportunities for customer and patient activation in collaboration with   customers and internal stakeholders

Drive integrated solutions across Commercial, Medical, and Market Access to improve patient access

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, key account management, and/or medical affairs

Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field

Experience in oncology, biologics/immunotherapy, or specialty therapy areas preferred

Proven ability to develop and execute account and channel strategies for complex medical products

Competencies & Capabilities

Strong scientific knowledge with the ability to engage in meaningful clinical discussions

Strategic mindset with solid commercial acumen

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Strong planning, organization, and execution skills with high accountability

Omnichannel engagement mindset and ability to orchestrate cross‑functional relationships

High integrity, compliance-driven, and patient‑centric decision-making

Additional Requirements

Proficient in written and spoken English and Filipino

Valid Philippine driver’s license and willingness to travel
