Sr. Associate Sales and Marketing Effectiveness
What you will do
Accountabilities:
Reports to Head of Finance Egypt, Levant, and South Africa and partnering with Country Leads supporting the cluster Commercial Excellence priorities.
Management of ITM sales.
Administration and supervision of CRM system.
Establishment of sales targets and monitoring of sales performance.
Design and monitoring sales team KPI’s and provide actionable insights.
Lead incentive plans design, implementation and administration.
Resources optimization by ensuring workload balance and enhancing productivity of the sales team.
Analysis of market trends.
In-depth sales data analysis & leveraging BI tools to provide actionable insights.
Implementation of targeting and customer segmentation strategies.
Leading the Omnichannel strategy and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities
ITM Sales Management Manage the Sales Data Management (SDM) system, which includes weekly sales uploads, data cleaning, categorization of accounts, price updates, profile design, allocation of representatives to accounts, and customization of dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Ensure timely troubleshooting and validation of output.
CRM Management: Provide front-line support for CRM systems, including system updates, data maintenance, and report generation. Ensure compliance with Amgen's policies and data privacy guidelines. Conduct training for representatives and sales managers to ensure proficiency in CRM usage.
KPI Monitoring: Define, implement, and track Sales Force Effectiveness metrics. Facilitate the adoption of ELMAC Tableau dashboards by the commercial team and provide necessary support and training.
Market Insights: Carry out comprehensive territorial analysis monthly to gauge our brand's standing in the market and relative to competitors. Evaluate secondary market research data, offer actionable recommendations. Support the team by integrating analytics insights and market intelligence into everyday operations.
Target Setting, Performance Tracking & Analysis: Oversee the target setting and sales forecasting processes in collaboration with the commercial excellence lead and business performance managers. Generate high-quality ad-hoc analysis reports on country and commercial team performance as needed.
Incentives and Rewarding: Design and implement sales incentive schemes that comply with Amgen's policies. Coordinate with HR and Finance for the calculation of payouts.
Customer Targeting & Segmentation: Lead the process of customer targeting and segmentation in coordination with the commercial team. Develop matrices to ensure proper allocation of efforts towards the right customers.
Resource Optimization: Oversee the sales team structure to ensure a balance in workload and productivity per representative.
Omnichannel/digital: Implement the Customer 360 approach, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer experience with omnichannel engagement in compliance with regulations. Monitor customer consents, email campaigns, and interactions.

Minimum Requirements
- Relevant university degree
- 2-3 years of job related experience in pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated experience in working in cross-functional environments
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience with CRM systems (Preferably Veeva)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Requirements
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field degrees like (Pharmacy or Veterinary Medicine)
- +5 years experience in pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry.
Experience with AI tools and BI Software like Power BI & Tableau (Preferably Tableau)
- Experience with IQVIA/MS data analysis
