Location: HyderabadAs part of AI–2SpeedIT, this role focuses on enabling rapid AI adoption through low code / no code and AI productivity platforms.The Senior Specialist will design, implement, and scale AI solutions using tools such as Copilot Studio, Amazon QuickSuite, NotebookLM, and other LCNC platforms.
Major accountabilitiesAI Productivity & LCNC SolutioningDesign and deliver AI solutions using Copilot Studio, Amazon QuickSuite, NotebookLM, and similar tools.Implement RAG‑based solutions, prompt workflows, and lightweight agent patterns.Enable rapid prototyping and MVPs for business teams.Product DeliveryDefining the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferencesAssess business requirements and provide recommendations to business on optimal solutionEnforce architectural standards and best practices for low/no code developmentCreating project timeline and implementation schedules. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BUs to adopt AI tools. Proven experience architecting RAG/Graph AI applications, enabling multi-agent workflows, and designing LLM/prompt fine-tuning and data/context pipelinesHands-on experience delivering solutions in SaaS and/or PaaS environmentsStrong understanding of GenAI concepts, including RAG patterns, indexing strategies, and LLM architecturesCore expertise in AI productivity tools and low/no-code platforms (Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, NotebookLM, Copilot, Claude, etc.), complemented by strong AWS or Microsoft ecosystem skillsExperience in designing and architecting solutions using SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Platform (Flows, Spaces), and similar low/no-code environmentsSolid experience with Microsoft 365, including governance frameworks, policy definition, process design, and license managementProficiency in DevOps for managing development lifecycle, CI/CD, and delivery pipelinesStakeholder and Vendor LeadershipEnsure alignments with AI practices and compliance processes in NVS i.e., Security (IAM, GDPR), Platform Efficiency, GxP Standards etc.Governance & ComplianceEnsure alignments with responsible AI practices and compliance processes in NVS i.e., Security (IAM, GDPR), Platform Efficiency, GxP Standards etc.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in related fieldMinimum 8 years of overall experience and solid understanding of GenAI fundamentals (LLMs, RAG, prompting) with hands-on experience in AI/LCNC tools.Proven ability to deliver end-to-end AI use cases (PoC to MVP) in enterprise environments.Capability to translate business needs into scalable, compliant technical solutions.Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across business and technical teams.Working knowledge of cloud platforms and adherence to security, governance, and compliance standards.Why Novartis?Our purpose is to reimagine medicine to improve and extend people’s lives and our vision is to become the most valued and trusted medicines company in the world.
