We are seeking a Sales Specialist Oncology (f/m/d) to represent our Oncology division across the Köln (Cologne) - Bonn - Eifel territory. In this role, you will build strong relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), identify key opinion leaders, and tailor your approach to individual and account needs, all in service of bringing our Oncology portfolio to the patients who need it. Discover your role:
Establish and lead high-quality HCP interactions by keeping your scientific knowledge of the product, indication, and brand sales messaging current, and reliably implementing sales & marketing plans
Consistently deliver on the brand's value proposition, ensuring objectives are met through clear key message communication to HCPs
Manage your territory with professional account planning, applying a targeting & segmentation approach aligned with regional and country-level guidance
Develop and implement a local account plan grounded in key data sources and local market insights, in line with the Germany Brand Plan
Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programmes and activities that support HCP needs
Leverage all communication channels, including digital, in collaboration with other functions, to achieve the best possible share of voice in the market
Report results and developments proactively and clearly to the Germany leadership team
This role requires:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus a "pharmaceutical sales representative" (Pharmaberater:in / Pharmareferent:in) qualification
5+ years of sales experience within the biotech / pharmaceutical sector, including experience in Oncology
Proficiency in German, plus conversational English
A deep understanding of the local healthcare economy, with the ability to identify key players in Oncology
A "patient first" value system
Readiness for very frequent travel and a Class 3/B driver's licence

73,125 -121,875 €
