El Representante Médico será responsable de promocionar y posicionar el portafolio de productos de GSK en su territorio asignado, desarrollando relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud e instituciones. Su labor combinará promoción científica, acceso, asesoría técnica y gestión comercial, alineado a las estrategias de omnicanalidad y los valores de la compañía.
Responsabilidades principales
Promocionar el portafolio de productos GenMed de GSK a profesionales de la salud autorizados, tanto en modalidad presencial como virtual.
Cumplir con los indicadores de gestión (KPIs) definidos por la compañía, garantizando cobertura y frecuencia en el territorio.
Desarrollar relaciones de confianza con clientes institucionales y farmacias, gestionando pedidos, revisión de stock y asesorías técnicas.
Planificar y ejecutar actividades científicas (mini-meetings, webinars y otros) alineadas a la estrategia de marketing y cumpliendo con las políticas de GSK.
Reportar diariamente las interacciones con clientes en Veeva y mantener actualizado el kardex médico.
Representar a GSK en congresos, capacitaciones y espacios científicos, fortaleciendo el posicionamiento de las marcas.
Cualificaciones requeridas
Título universitario en ciencias de la salud, biológicas, administración o carreras afines.
Experiencia deseable de 2 a 3 años en la industria farmacéutica, en roles similares de promoción médica (ideal experiencia en el area respiratoria).
Conocimiento en plataformas digitales y herramientas de gestión comercial (ideal experiencia con Veeva).
Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y orientación a resultados.
Capacidad de autogestión, organización y detección de oportunidades de negocio.
Alto compromiso con la ética, la excelencia y el trabajo colaborativo en entornos multidisciplinarios.
