Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

having end-to-end responsibility for recruiting processes and managing them in close collaboration with the business and HR Business Partners,

being an expert in the market, able to attract and select the most suitable candidates using a broad range of identification and assessment approaches,

actively identifying and contacting candidates for open vacancies and pipelines, screening incoming applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating contractual conditions,

independently prioritizing work, managing deliverables, and meeting timelines,

developing and deciding on the appropriate recruitment strategies.

About our future employee

You should speak French (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) and have a minimum of 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting (in-house or agency). Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Additionally, we are looking for:

completed higher education, preferably in HR or related fields,

proven skills in people assessment and advanced interview techniques,

demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships,

strong empathy, team spirit, accountability and service orientation,

a positive mindset with the ability to contribute ideas in our Speak Up culture and participate in process optimization,

ability to address complex issues with a solution oriented working style (e.g., within the HR three pillar model).
