As a Production Support Engineer, you will ensure the reliability and integrity of manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment, working closely with manufacturing and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, perform maintenance, and improve processes that support safe and reliable operations. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance to support reliable operation of production equipment.Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement timely, effective technical solutions.Execute inspection and calibration activities in line with defined protocols and standards.Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical challenges and align priorities.Manage spare parts administration in coordination with maintenance and reliability engineering.Contribute to continuous improvement through input on equipment and process enhancements.Develop technical documentation and support training for production operators where needed.Essential RequirementsDegree in Engineering or a related field with relevant maintenance experience.Proven experience in maintenance and facility engineering within a production environment.Experience working in a regulated environment such as Good Manufacturing Practice.Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and equipment maintenance.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion Novartis is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse teams representative of the patients and communities we serve.
