This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.

This position is limited for 2 years.

This position is part time eligible with 80 %.

Tasks & responsibilities

In your new role, you will be responsible for the implementation of appropriate experiments for NMR Spectroscopy for characterization of new therapeutic modalities like peptides, antibodies, oligonucleotides.

As a focus in your new role, you will be responsible for the preparation, measurement and evaluation of peptide samples using NMR spectroscopy.

You will structure confirmation of peptide sequences, investigation of stability pharmaceutical formulations.

Furthermore, you will close collaboration with coworkers in the NMR spectroscopy lab and with the Mass spectrometry specialists in our group, as well as project members in the Development Departments.

Finally, you will foster innovative and agile thinking in structural analysis questions, scientific lead/support of colleagues.

Requirements

Ph.D. in Natural Sciences, preferably with a strong specialization in peptide characterization with NMR spectroscopy

Demonstrated hands-on experience in working with peptides/proteins and performing NMR spectra acquisition and structure elucidation

In-depth expertise in peptide sequencing by NMR spectroscopy is essential

Knowledge in NMR spectroscopy of oligonucleotides is a plus

General knowledge in analytical chemistry with focus in Mass spectrometry is an advantage

Strong team-oriented mindset combined with an independent working style and excellent communication skills

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
