To strengthen our Internal Manufacturing department, we are looking for a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of: Pharma Validation Engineer based in Braine-L’Alleud, Belgium.

About the role :

As a Pharma Validation Engineer, you will ensure the qualification and validation of manufacturing equipment and processes in compliance with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and the site’s validation master plan. You will also validate associated processes such as cleaning of equipment and ensure the maintenance of qualitied state of equipment and systems.

Who you’ll work with :

You will work closely with internal clients, internal support services, internal experts, and external suppliers. You will also interact with the Quality Assurance department to ensure compliance with current regulations, guidelines, standards, and internal procedures.

 

What you’ll do :

Act as Subject Matter Expert for qualification/validation in the context of new systems and processes including Computer System Validation aspects

Define and propose the qualification/validation strategy for systems and equipment

Perform and facilitate quality risk analyses

Draft the validation plan and associated documents

Coordinate and monitor qualification/validation activities

Develop partnerships with internal clients and support services

Participate in internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections

Report any issues impacting the quality of systems, instruments, or products

Ensure compliance with current legislation and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) rules

Interested ? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills :

Bachelor’s or higher degree in a relevant field

At least 5 years of experience in equipment qualification and process validation within a regulated environment (manufacturing equipment, utilities, cleaning, validation, periodic review)

Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and handle challenging situations

High communication skills (leadership negotiation, change management, facilitation)

Decision-making ability and high sense of responsibility

Fluent in French and English
