製造部門として安全・衛生・環境(EHS)関連のマネジメントプログラムを実行し、名古屋工場がComplianceを遵守し、従業員の健康と安全、及び環境の保全に努められるようにすること。

主要な役割と責任/ Description of Primary Role & Responsibility

1. Pfizer EHS Standardの内容を把握し、名古屋工場のEHSプログラムとEHS Enhance活動を推進する。

2. EHSに関するComplianceに責任を持つ。 変更管理におけるEHSの影響評価について責任を持つ(主に防災および環境関連)。

3.  EHSに係るリスクアセスメントについて各部署と協力し、指導、レビューを行う。

4. 重大事故の原因分析と再発防止のための安全対策を推進する。

5. 従業員及び全ての協力会社に対して、適切なEHS教育訓練を実施する。

6. 名古屋工場に防災・環境を大事にする文化を根付かせる。

7. 防災のための基準・組織を整備し、適切な頻度で防災訓練を行う。

8.  Data Integrityに関し、ALCOAの原則の浸透に努め、関連要求事項を順守する。

9. 環境関連のGlobal目標と名古屋工場の目標を整合させ、目標達成のためにプロジェクトを推進する

10. Business Continuity Planを整備し、緊急時に有効な準備を備える

必要な能力・スキル・経験/Desired Behavioral and Technical Skills

1. Behavioral Skills (行動特性)

無事故・無災害の職場を実現する動機を持ち、高いレベルの行動規準と常識を有すること。

2. Technical Skills (テクニカルスキル)

EHS Standard, OHSAS18001/ISO14001等のマネジメントシステムに精通していること。また環境安全衛生の関連法規にも精通していること。

EHSの専門家として、機械設計や手順設計についてアドバイスができること。

もしくは早期に期待されるレベルに到達するポテンシャルを有すること

3. Experience (職務経験)

製造部門で経験があること。特に安全衛生に関連する職務の経験があることが望ましい。

4. Education/Certification (学歴/資格)

不問だが、工学に関連する学歴があることが望ましい。

5. Language (語学力)

日本語および英語による口頭による円滑なコミュニケーション、および文書作成能力を有すること。

職務の目的 (職務概要)/Position Purpose

Implement safety, health, and environmental (EHS) management programs as part of the manufacturing division to ensure that the Nagoya plant remains compliant and strives to protect employee health and safety as well as preserve the environment.

主要な役割と責任/ Description of Primary Role & Responsibility

Understand the content of Pfizer EHS Standards and promote EHS programs and EHS Enhance activities at the Nagoya plant. Take responsibility for compliance related to EHS. Take responsibility for assessing EHS impacts in change management (primarily disaster prevention and environmental aspects). Collaborate with each department on EHS-related risk assessments, providing guidance and conducting reviews. Promote safety measures to analyze the causes of serious incidents and prevent recurrence. Provide appropriate EHS education and training to employees and all partner companies. Embed a culture at the Nagoya plant that values disaster prevention and environmental protection. Establish standards and an organization for disaster prevention and conduct disaster drills at appropriate intervals. Ensure the principles of ALCOA are well understood regarding Data Integrity and comply with related requirements. Align global environmental goals with those of the Nagoya plant and drive projects to achieve these targets. Develop a Business Continuity Plan and maintain effective preparedness for emergencies.

1. Behavioral Skills (行動特性)

Have the motivation to create a workplace free of accidents and disasters, and possess a high level of behavioral standards and sound judgment.

2. Technical Skills (テクニカルスキル)

Be well-versed in EHS Standards, management systems such as OHSAS18001/ISO14001, and relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

As an EHS professional, be able to provide advice on machinery design and procedural design, or have the potential to reach the expected level in a short time.

3. Experience (職務経験)

Have experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably in roles related to health and safety.

4. Education/Certification (学歴/資格)

While not mandatory, an educational background in engineering is desirable.

5. Language (語学力)

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japaneseand English.

TOEIC score of 730 or higher.
