主要工作和任务
1. 制订并执行所辖区域的业务计划，推动团队实现公司和上级经理下达的各项工作目标和任 务。
2. 招聘符合公司基本要求的人员（包括各种雇佣形式和编制），定期对团队成员进行绩效和行为的评估，实施奖惩或激励措施。
3. 制订并执行培养团队成员合规意识的计划，规范其工作行为，确保各项活动的真实性和合规性。
4. 制订并执行提升团队成员的专业知识和技能的计划，并对其个人发展规划提供指导与支持。
5. 通过有计划的随访，在与专员讨论区域业务及市场活动时对其进行针对性的辅导。
6. 监控和分析市场发展趋势，挖掘区域市场机会，为公司策略的制订提供反馈和建议。
7. 协调并有效地实施各个项目及活动，合理分配和控制各项资源。有效管理项目和活动的流程，确保其真实有效地开展。
8. 与区域内关键客户保持持续的沟通，建立并持续优化合作伙伴关系。
9. 熟悉对当前及未来业务有影响的政策，必要情况下可根据公司的要求，与相关职能部门合作，参与或协调所辖区域的市场准入工作。
10. 建立和保持有效沟通系统，包括定期召开地区会议，定期与上级经理汇报区域工作进展，与其他部门建立协作关系。
11. 为制订和修改业务相关的政策和流程及其他内部政策提供建议，以实现高效率的业务运作。
12. 支持公司的各项创新举措，带领团队成员执行新举措，并且主动探索创新的机会和方法。
13. 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。
