ROLE SUMMARY
The Network Account Manager (NAM) partners with the Field Force Manager (FFM) to support the development of the territory business plan aligned to BU/portfolio strategy, while serving as the company’s single point of contact for key accounts across business units and cross-functional teams. The role works closely with headquarters stakeholders within accounts (e.g., Training, Medical, and Nursing) to align detailed and execution plans for product activities, ensuring the effective deployment of promotional initiatives. In addition, the NAM owns and coordinates key CFC account activities (e.g., vaccination safety, GSP classes, and local symposiums) within top priority accounts.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Account management
Develops and leads the account plan and coordinates the cross-functional team, demonstrating the highest level of teamwork and professionalism.
Maximizes opportunities across the Pfizer portfolio, monitors progress with key accounts and evolves account plans as appropriate.
Analyses and understands the local environment, account business, and aligned Pfizer priorities to create account plans, and uses insights to create and execute value propositions of mutual benefit.
Works with key headquarters stakeholders in key accounts (e.g., Training, Medical, Nursing) to align detailed and execution plans for all product activities to ensure the effective deployment of promotional activities.
Consolidates and owns key CFC activities within accounts (e.g., GSP, local symposiums, CS, Co-Host, … ).
Customer engagement
Leads, Coordinates and supports the development of long-term customer relationships, with the aim of becoming a trusted business partner. Focuses on understanding customer needs beyond transactional interactions
Responsible for overall service excellence within the account and is the customer advocate internally at Pfizer.
Maintains relationships with KOLs/key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
Demonstrates expertise in relationship skills, creatively delivers innovation and thought leadership, and represents the full spectrum of Pfizer value.
Evaluates, classifies, and identifies precisely targeted customers. Prioritizes potential territories.

Implements Pfizer’s Code of Conduct.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree and strong business acumen and analytical skills.
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; experience with key accounts is preferred.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
Business-related computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Location-based: Hanoi/HCM.
Preferred:
Proven account management experience within Pfizer priority accounts.
