Main responsibilities:
Engage proactively and reactively with healthcare professionals and institutions, exchanging medical and scientific information on the dermatology therapeutic area
Organize and lead local scientific meetings with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals, aligned with the Country Medical plan
Build trusted, science-driven partnerships with healthcare professionals in a fast-evolving healthcare environment
Provide accurate, balanced, and timely responses to unsolicited medical information requests, and support advisory boards and investigator-initiated research
Develop and execute individual stakeholder engagement plans aligned with the broader Medical Plan
Generate actionable insights from the field and propose solutions to internal stakeholders
Contribute to evidence-generation activities, supporting internal projects and investigator-initiated studies
About you
Degree in a scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, or PhD)
Experience in stakeholder strategy, planning, and engagement
Strong scientific exchange skills with solid disease/therapeutic area knowledge
Comfortable using CRM tools and multiple engagement channels to maximise impact
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset with a track record of working well across teams
Intermediate level of spoken and written business English

The salary range for this position is :zł176 640,00 - zł264 960,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
