We have an opportunity to join our Pharma team as a Medical Sales Representative – Primary Care (GP) for Cardiorenal portfolio covering QLD - Far North, focused primarily on Cairns / Townsville to promote market leading medicine that improves the lives of thousands of patients each year.

In this field-based role, you'll be the local face of Bayer, building trusted relationships with General Practitioners and Pharmacists to ethically influence and maximise Doctor prescribing Bayer products within a defined territory while helping improve patient outcomes.

Build trusted partnerships with General Practitioners and Pharmacists to support improved patient outcomes.
Develop and execute agile 90-day territory plans to drive growth and maximise opportunities.
Use customer insights, sales data, and analytics to identify needs and deliver value-based solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address healthcare challenges and enhance the customer experience.
Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to effectively manage customer engagement and territory performance.
Maintain high standards of compliance, product knowledge, and ethical engagement in line with industry and company requirements.

Essential Experience
Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
Previous pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or OTC sales experience.
Minimum 2 years’ professional experience (GP – Primary Care).
Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Deep understanding of patient journeys and related treatments.
Experience using CRM systems and sales analytics to drive performance.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a geographical territory.
Comfortable with driving distances within your territory; interstate and regional travel may be required.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Highly Regarded
Cardiovascular, Women's Health, or related therapeutic area experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business, or Marketing desirable; advanced degree in Life Sciences or MBA is a plus
Knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.
Experience working in agile environments and 90-day business planning.
Experience with Veeva CRM or other enterprise CRM platforms.
