We have multiple Primary Care and Secondary Care Medical Sales Representative opportunities available across different locations in Australia, including metropolitan and regional markets -- Melbourne and wider VIC, Sydney and broader NSW, Brisbane and QLD, as well as SA and WA.

We have an opportunity to join our Pharma team as a Medical Sales Representative – GP + Hospitals for Women’s Health portfolio covering VIC, focused primarily on western suburbs to promote market leading medicine that improves  the lives of thousands of patients each year.

This role is focused predominantly on Primary Care (approximately 80%), with additional engagement across Secondary Care (approximately 20%), providing a unique opportunity to influence patient care across the continuum of care.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmaceutical sales professional who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment, enjoys building trusted relationships, and is passionate about bringing innovative solutions to patients faster.

Build trusted partnerships with General Practitioners, specialists, hospital stakeholders, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to support improved patient outcomes.

Develop and execute agile 90-day territory and account plans to drive growth, maximise opportunities, and deliver business objectives.

Understand and validate patient journeys across community and hospital settings, identifying unmet needs and connecting Bayer's expertise and solutions to customer and patient challenges.

Deliver credible clinical and scientific information while supporting evidence-based treatment decisions, product adoption, and access within both primary and secondary care.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage customer insights, data, and analytics to identify opportunities and co-create meaningful solutions.

Utilise digital tools and CRM systems to manage customer engagement while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.

We're looking for someone who takes full ownership of their territory and customer partnerships, combines commercial excellence with a genuine commitment to patient care.

Essential Experience

Full, unrestricted work rights to Australia

Previous pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device or OTC sales experience.

Minimum 2 years’ professional experience (GP – Primary Care or HSR - Hospital).

Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience using CRM systems and analytics to drive territory performance.

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing a geographical territory.

Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to interpret data and translate insights into meaningful actions and solutions.

Highly Regarded

Experience in Women's Health, Primary Care, Hospital Specialist, or Secondary Care sales.

Experience engaging General Practitioners, specialists, hospitals, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Understanding of Women's Health patient journeys and treatment pathways.

Experience managing hospital accounts and supporting product access within specialist or hospital environments.

Knowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct.

Experience working in agile environments and 90-day planning frameworks.

Experience with Veeva CRM or other enterprise CRM platforms.
