We are seeking a Senior Sales Representative Dermatology Japan Region to join our commercial team, supporting Japan in a field-based work mode. In this role, you will achieve dermatology sales objectives and deliver customer value while collaborating with sales leadership, marketing teams, and alliance partners. This position offers the opportunity to supply to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a relevant difference to patients worldwide.

Discover your role:
Achieve dermatology sales objectives through territory budget management.
Develop and update annual territory business plans using market insights.
Build territory action plans using key data sources.
Deliver disease-focused customer engagement and value-based solutions.
Complete expense, call, marketing, and field insight reporting.
Partner with alliance teams to achieve shared business objectives.
Follow regulatory, legal, and company compliance requirements.
You act strategically and lead priorities to enhance customer impact.
This role requires:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Minimum five years of pharmaceutical sales representative experience.
Valid driver license and MR Certification.
Strong customer engagement skills with a focus on delivering value.
Technical proficiency and ability to conduct disease and concept selling.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong planning, organization, and audience-focused communication skills.
Ability to implement strategic and tactical plans independently under tight timelines.
Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and email software.
Alliance partnership experience.
Dermatology knowledge and biologics sales experience preferred.
Current clinical knowledge of relevant therapy areas and competitor brands preferred.
Established Key Opinion Leader relationships within dermatology preferred.
English fluency is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work evenings or weekends when required.
Dedication to training completion, safe driving practices, and company policies.
