The Position

As a Medical Affairs Partner, you will act as a trusted, externally focused, and scientifically grounded collaborator within our customer engagement ecosystem. Based in the affiliate team, you will drive the local medical strategy, build deep peer-to-peer connections with scientific communities, and ensure our diagnostic and therapeutic innovations reach their full potential to transform patient lives.

In this role, you will:

Drive Scientific & Medical Strategy: Lead the medical component of the integrated therapeutic strategy, translating complex clinical data into a clear, differentiated value story across key disease areas.

Cultivate Trusted Partnerships: Proactively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), external scientific experts, and healthcare stakeholders to foster meaningful, science-driven collaborations.

Advance Evidence Generation: Develop and implement local integrated evidence plans, identifying data gaps and supporting Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies, non-interventional studies, and investigator-initiated research.

Accelerate Patient Market Access: Contribute scientific expertise to local Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, articulating the real-world value of our innovations to secure faster patient access.

Lead Digital & Ecosystem Innovation: Systematically gather external clinical insights, utilizing emerging digital tools and AI insights responsibly to anticipate and optimize local medical practice adoption.

Ensure Absolute Excellence & Compliance: Oversee medical information requests and collaborate with Regulatory and Clinical Operations teams, maintaining strict adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

Who You Are

You are an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional team environments. You balance deep scientific expertise with the strategic acumen required to navigate ambiguity and communicate complex insights with clarity and impact.

Your Qualifications:

Educational Excellence: You hold an advanced degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Natural Sciences (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).

Professional Experience: You bring proven experience in Medical Affairs or equivalent clinical/scientific expertise within relevant therapeutic areas preferably in Retinal Diseases & Ophthalmology

Strategic Communication: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently lead peer-to-peer scientific dialogue at an executive level in English.

Digital Literacy: You maintain a growth mindset toward digital tools, demonstrating basic AI literacy and the ability to ensure robust human-in-the-loop oversight of digital content.

Compliance & Collaborative Mindset: You demonstrate strong personal accountability, a collaborative approach to cross-functional "squad" environments, and an unwavering commitment to ethical compliance.
