必要な条件Basic Qualification

●At least 2–5 years’ experience in office based medical roles or a related medical role within the pharmaceutical industry

●Experience in evidence generation and publication planning.

●Proven ability to interpret and communicate clinical data.

●Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and scientific stakeholders in Japan.

●Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.

学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language

●Fluent Japanese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

望ましい条件 Preferred Qualification

●Medical Affairs experience in hematology or oncology.

●Strong business acumen combined with scientific credibility.

●Experience with product launch

●Familiarity with regulatory, pharmacovigilance and medical governance processes.

●Strong presentation skills and experience speaking at scientific meetings.

●Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent).

●This role is based in Tokyo, Japan. The position is office-based, and have a field component as needed.
