We are looking for a Material Planner who is organized, proactive and collaborative to join us in our Clinical Manufacturing team, based in our Braine-l’Alleud campus, in Belgium.
About the role
You will be working in a team that ensures the timely supply of materials needed to support manufacturing activities. You will coordinate material planning, procurement, and stock management to enable smooth production operations while minimizing risks and ensuring compliance.
Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with supply chain colleagues, quality teams, production teams, and external suppliers. The role involves daily collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure materials are available and aligned with production needs.
What you’ll do
Coordinate material planning from forecasting to delivery, ensuring supply continuity for manufacturing activities.
Manage purchase orders in SAP, including creation, follow-up, and invoice validation.
Monitor stock levels and identify risks of shortages, taking proactive actions.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure timely material release aligned with production needs.
Maintain accurate master data and supplier information.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence.
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (such as biopharma or similar).
Experience in operational procurement or material planning.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in French and English.
