We're looking for a Manager, R&D Thought Leadership & Reputation Communications to join our Corporate Communications team within Corporate Affairs. You'll help shape and lead external communications that strengthen our reputation, tell our scientific story, and position our R&D leaders as industry voices. You'll turn complex science into stories that connect, working closely with Product & Pipeline Communications, Patient Advocacy, and R&D teams. This position offers the chance to help shape how the world sees Regeneron's science, reporting to the Director, Research Communications.
When & where:
Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Tarrytown, NY
Work model/flexibility: Onsite a minimum of four days per week (not open to fully remote or hybrid arrangements)
Discover your role:
Help build external communications strategies that align with R&D and company goals
Work with scientists, physicians, and medical and regulatory teams to turn complex science into clear, engaging stories
Secure speaking engagements, media opportunities, and events for R&D leaders
Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials and key messages
Build relationships with trade media through proactive outreach and story pitches
Lead reputation-building campaigns from content planning through delivery
Guide external PR agencies and partners to keep quality, budgets, and timelines on track
Set up measurement plans and dashboards to track impact and guide improvements

A Bachelor's degree in a related field
7+ years of experience in strategic corporate healthcare communications
