The Position
En tant que Manager Inventory & Planning (d/f/m) vous serez amené/e à diriger et gérer une fonction et une équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en pilotant notamment l'activité de planification et en assurant la bonne gestion des stocks et flux d'approvisionnement. Grâce à cette opportunité, vous garantirez la qualité du service produit, accompagnerez le développement de votre équipe en tant que coach, et conduirez l'amélioration continue et l'excellence opérationnelle à travers l'ensemble des processus de la chaîne logistique.

Vos responsabilités principales
Assurer l’excellence opérationnelle, la définition claire des objectifs, le coaching et le suivi de la performance de l’équipe ;
Être responsable de la bonne gestion du processus S&OP ;
S’assurer de la bonne gestion des stocks/”Write off “ RD, et challenger les décisions ayant un impact sur le niveau de stock, les destructions, ainsi que pour le stock d'instruments d'occasion ;
Être garant/e du respect des objectifs et des règles de gestion des instruments ;
S'assurer de la bonne gestion de la base équipements installée ;
Être responsable de l'activité inventaires et du contrôle des mouvements de stock, participer aux audits et contrôles sur le périmètre (KPMG, ICFR, AFA, …).
Votre profil
Expérience confirmée en management d’équipe (idéalement 7-10 ans). Leadership transformationnel et inspirant avec les fortes capacités du coaching ;
Expérience en demand planning, supply planning, inventory control & S&OP, forecasting et instrument planning ;
Master data management ;
Excellente communication écrite et orale ;
Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse ;
Réflexion systémique et stratégique ;
Gestion de la complexité ;
Maîtrise des concept de l’agilité ;
Maîtrise des outils informatiques - SAP, Excel ;
Business et finance acumen ;
Maîtrise des processus Supply Chain ;
Anglais courant.
