We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Operations Manager to join our IOPS team, providing direction and leadership to Production Manufacturing Support teams, including Cleaning Technicians and contracted Support Technicians, across our Fill and Finish areas. In this role, you will manage operations, contracts, and compliance across classified and iCNC spaces, while preparing and presenting metrics and reports that drive operational excellence. Discover your role:
Manage all aspects of Manufacturing Support operations across Fill and Finish areas, including oversight of full-time employees and contract staff; perform personnel management functions including evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions, with oversight and feedback to employer of record for contract employees
Own and manage contracts for contract labor and gowning providers; monitor and maintain inventory levels for all materials, supplies, and gowning in classified and iCNC spaces
Monitor cleaning schedules, progress, data, and work quality; analyze, interpret, and report assessment results, making recommendations to team members and leadership
Track industry trends to ensure the latest technologies and best practices are implemented regularly across manufacturing support operations
Draft and implement long-term planning for processes, staffing, and budget; develop and implement department policies and ensure effective administration in compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operational information and trends; represent Manufacturing during regulatory inspections to respond to and address environmental, inventory, and material dispensing issues
This role requires:
BS/BA in a scientific/engineering discipline, or related field
Associate Manager: 6+ years of relevant cGMP manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience
Manager: 7+ years of relevant cGMP manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience
Senior Manager: B8+ years of relevant cGMP manufacturing experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience
May consider equivalent combination of education and experience; level determined based on qualifications
Gowning and Physical Requirements: Role is performed in a cGMP classified manufacturing environment; gowning requirements apply per site SOPs
