The Position

Join the dynamic Internal Consulting team at Boehringer Ingelheim! We're looking for innovative thinkers who are ready to shape our company's future.

As a Manager Consulting, you'll design, execute, and steer strategic initiatives within Boehringer Ingelheim. You'll independently coordinate project tasks, run data analyses, develop hypotheses and strategize solutions.

This position is part time eligible with min. 80%.

Tasks & responsibilities

As Manager Consulting, you will support in the design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim.

You will independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders.

With your experience, you will run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization.

Having the successful outcome always in mind, you will track the progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives, in close collaboration with our business partners.

Requirements

Excellent master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus)

Several years’ experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma

Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects

Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail

Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills

C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
