Sanofi has decided to invest into a new large state-of-the art facility for Insulin Drug Substance in Beijing, China. We’re enhancing our legacy of excellence and build - on decades of expertise on the whole value chain of insulin manufacturing. The new facility will be designed as a fully automated, green, modern, and state-of-the-art biologics facility considering specific process requirements of insulin glargine. A large global and highly cross-functional program organization will be established to lead and execute the program until commercial routine manufacturing.

About the   Role

This position will oversee a m ega project   with   ~ 1B€ Capex   investment over the next   years. The project is in design   phase   and construction started in January, 2026.

Your job   will be to manage   the project control activities for the   End -t o - End   IFB project   in   Beijing .

Main responsibilities

The position of E2E Project Controller   Lead   will   be to   develop   and   manage   a team to deliver :

T he End to End (E2E) IFB   Project   including the   schedule   with   resource loading ;

I mplementation   of   Earned Value Measurement tracking tools, float analysis, development of early / late progress curves ;

Lead the development   and management   of an accurate cost forecast (spent planned/invoicing with payment terms vs. actual and commitment ,   planned/placement of PO vs. actual) for   the IFB project, End to End ;

Support the m anaging , forecasting,   reporting   and control of   the P roject   C hange   Management   (Engineering   and Construction C hange   M anagement) ;

Support the IFB Project Control team for Risk Assessment (manage the risk   register ) and determination   and   appropriate   use of the Risk and   contingency   allowances   required to complete the project.

Manage and support timely preparation of weekly   and   monthly status reports and Steering committee   preparation.

Other supporting activities for the success of the project.

About you

Experience

Strong experience (>10 years) in project control ;

Experience in Large Projects from the client point of view ;

Demonstrated experience in estimating, cost management, forecasting   and progress measurement ;

Significant experience in contract   and risk management ;

Soft and technical skills:

Rigorous and analytical ,   enhanced problem-solving skills ;

Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders, partners across the organization to positively impact project results ;

Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working ;

Develop teams in anticipation of future project needs ;

Excellent written and verbal skills ;

Technical skills

Must have   experience and   strong analytical skills for cost estimat ing ,   cash flow and   forecasting ,   change order a nd   value analysis ;

Education

B Sc.   in Engineering , Accounting   or   Business Degree from and

accredited colleg e or University

Master’s degree in   Construction Management   is a plus

Languages

Project   language:   English

Other language: Mandarin
