Key responsibilities for this role include:
Subject Matter Expert (SME) of the Manufacturing/Packaging training process at the site.
Lead all Operational training initiatives at the site.
Support all lean initiatives at the site as it relates to Manufacturing/Packaging training.
Audit training documentation to ensure compliance with job performance vs. qualifications.
Monitor on-the-job training efforts to ensure that they are being conducted in alignment with training plans.
Support frontline supervision in the development, coordination, execution and follow-through of new employee training.
Assess training needs throughout Manufacturing/Packaging and address any gaps that are identified.
Maintain an Operator Capability Matrix for all Manufacturing/Packaging employees.
Author and deliver technical training.
Assist in the development of training modules associated with current and new processes/equipment.
Represent the Manufacturing/Packaging training team during regulatory body inspections.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and five (5) years of relevant experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Training Certification preferred.
Must possess knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments. Must have knowledge of adult learning theories, competency-based training processes and select parts of GMP/Compliance regulations as it relates to training requirements.
Must possess leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, creative thinking, communication, writing, time management, organizational and analytical processing skills. Must possess strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of MyUniversity, Percipio, WorkDay and Documentum preferred.
Exact compensation may vary based on items such as skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position is: $66,000 - $127,000.
