Lead Biotech Production Coordinator

At Regeneron, we use science and innovation to develop life-changing medicines for people with serious diseases. We are seeking a Lead Biotech Production Coordinator to join our Manufacturing team.

In this role, you will support manufacturing operations by coordinating inventory, documentation, production scheduling, sampling activities, and compliance-related processes while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and cross-functional partners. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & Where:

Location: Rensselaer, New York

Shift Requirements: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm -10:30pm

Other Requirements: Ability to support manufacturing operations in a regulated environment

What You'll Do:

Coordinate, review, and manage manufacturing documentation throughout its lifecycle.

Maintain inventory accuracy through routine reviews, investigations, and reconciliations.

Prepare progress reports and track key performance indicators to support operational goals.

Coordinate material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production activities.

Review and support sampling requests and manufacturing documentation prior to operations.

Evaluate and initiate deviations and other compliance-related events.

Analyze Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Practice (GxP) data to support manufacturing decisions.

Act as a liaison between Manufacturing and other functional groups to drive efficient operations.

Provide leadership support, including employee training coordination, timesheet review, and performance feedback activities.

Work in a regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Ability to navigate multiple systems, data sources, documentation, and reports.

Combination of office-based coordination activities and support of manufacturing operations.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

0-2+ years of related experience.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage documentation, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

Preferred:

Experience in a Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) environment.

Experience in Quality Assurance, inventory management, manufacturing operations, or project management.

Experience supporting investigations, compliance activities, and manufacturing documentation.
