About this opportunity

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales for GSK promoted vaccines and medicines across selected accounts.

You will lead account planning and execution, build trusted relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, and use data, insights, and digital tools to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes and increase access to GSK products.

We are recruiting for 2 Key Account Managers cover 2 different territories - Oulu and Kuopio.

Drive the launch and uptake of GSK vaccines/medicines by developing, executing and measure account plans

In this role you will

Account Leadership Lead the GSK cross-functional team in developing and executing account plans, resource allocation, and performance objectives.

Successfully execute account plans and deliver required financial results.

Engage confidently with the GSK internal team to coordinate resources and drive successful execution of plans

Perform analysis (using current data, information and insights) and report internally to positively impact brand strategy.

Key Account Management Activities Develop a deep understanding of the local patient journey and stakeholder network to identify strategic opportunities that improve patient outcomes and increase access to GSK vaccines/medicines.

Build and sustain long term, impactful and value-based relationships across the clinical and non-clinical stakeholder network.

Identify strategic opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders and co-develop value-based solutions.

Utilize GSK platforms and digital tools to create a relevant omnichannel customer experiences

Stakeholder Network Engagement, Impact and Differentiation Present commercial and clinical data to stakeholders, positively impacting access to GSK vaccines/medicines and driving market share.

Manage complex relationships with key stakeholders to balance differing agendas and achieve overall account objectives.

Differentiate GSK by excellent stakeholder engagement and the delivery of strategic value at all levels.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales

Strong ability to understand and interpret scientific and clinical data

Demonstrated ability to lead projects with customers

Finnish language is a requirement

Valid driving license is essential

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in Specialty Medicines would be highly advantageous

Solid understanding of B2B and pharmacy sales

Good knowledge of the vaccines market across both pharmacy and private sectors

Finnish Salary Range: EUR 55,800 to EUR 93,000The annual gross base salary range for new hires in this position is listed above for each applicable location.
