Tasks & responsibilities
As an HR Junior Specialist in the Employee Central team, you are responsible for:
Providing professional support and performing administrative activities, following internal and external compliance regulations.
Processing tasks related to hiring and contracting, as well as work- and income-related changes, using our case management system or email as part of your daily job.
Contributing to projects and working in an environment where we use targets to measure service quality.
Coordinating routine tasks such as mass uploads or reorganizations with limited complexity, and helping deliver yearly, quarterly, and one-time activities within agreed timelines.
If needed, supporting our HR Direct (front office) and Recruiting teams as part of our business continuity model.
Requirements
You should be proficient in Spanish and English, both at a minimum B2+ level and have first experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle processes.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field.
Attention to detail, accountability and a structured way of working.
Strong communication skills, team spirit, customer orientation, and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
A positive approach, with the ability to share ideas as part of our Speak-up culture and participate in process optimization.
Preferably, experience working with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
