Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Junior Recruiter with German, you are responsible for:

Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in collaboration with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and HRBPs

Sourcing candidates and helping build talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Screening applications, scheduling interviews and conducting initial candidate conversations

Ensuring a positive candidate experience through regular communication and coordination

Contributing to recruitment projects and continuous process improvements

About our future employee

You should speak fluent German (C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) and have at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruiting. We are also open to considering less experienced candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn on the job.

Additionally, we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field

Proactive, organized and service-oriented mindset

Genuine interest in recruiting and working with people

Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Motivation to learn, grow and contribute ideas for improvement
