Wir suchen einen Junior Application Specialist für den Bereich Core Lab Application im Regionalen Kundenservice Center (RCSC) Mannheim. Von Mannheim aus betreuen wir zahlreiche Kunden in insgesamt sieben Ländern und bieten Remote-, Telefon- und E-Mail-Support für Anfragen und Reklamationen zu unseren Roche-Analysesystemen. In der ausgeschriebenen Stelle leistest Du Support mit Schwerpunkt auf dem deutschsprachigen Raum (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz). Deine Hauptaufgaben sind:
Unterstützung unsere Kunden und Außendienstmitarbeitenden aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz, ggfs. auch aus einem anderen Land des RCSC.
Du identifizierst kundenspezifische Probleme, erarbeitest Lösungen und leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ein.
Deine Aktivitäten dokumentierst Du sorgfältig im unterstützenden CRM-System.
Gelegentlich unterstützt Du ausserdem Außendienstkollegen bei Serviceeinsätzen im Kundenlabor vor Ort.
Wer Du bist
Du sprichst und schreibst die RCSC-Sprache Deutsch fließend. Zudem sind gute fach- und allgemeinsprachliche Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift nötig. Von Vorteil sind Sprachkenntnisse einer weiteren RCSC-Sprache (Niederländisch, Griechisch, Türkisch).
Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung zum medizinisch/biologisch technischen Assistenten (MTA/BTA) oder hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Biologie, Biochemie oder ein anderes naturwissenschaftliches Fach.
Du bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im medizinisch-technischen Umfeld mit, die Du entweder durch die Mitarbeit in einem medizinischen Labor oder in der Kundenbetreuung im Vertrieb gewonnen hast.
Applikative Problemstellungen faszinieren Dich und Du findest stets schnelle und gute Lösungen auf Basis einer methodischen Fehlersuche.
