医薬品ライフサイクルを通して、必要な実臨床下（リアルワールド）データの取得、構築、利活用の包括的な戦略立案と実行をリードし、エビデンス創出力を革新的に向上させる役割を担います

主な職務

領域および組織横断的なRWD取得あるいは構築の包括的な戦略、計画の立案と実行

国内外部環境革新を活用したRWD利活用戦略の促進や環境における課題解決を促進し、RWDの活用機会を最大化する

利活用（分析や報告など）要件に応じたRWDの品質保証とデータセットの作成

ITソリューションによる分析ケイパビリティやデータプラットフォームの革新

必須経験/スキル・資格

データサイエンス学、医療情報学、臨床情報学の修士、あるいは同等、かつ、3年以上のリアルワールドデータを用いた臨床試験、あるいは臨床・観察研究におけるデータ管理、統計解析の業務経験

複数の関連部署（国内外）に対する優れたコミュニケーションスキル（日本語、英語　Business level）

論理的、科学的、戦略的な思考力

弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ公共交通機関の所要時間*が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。

データベースの構築とバリデーション、医療情報の標準化、高度なプログラミング技術（SAS、R、Python等）、ヘルスケア領域におけるデータ分析研究

Job Responsibilities

The Data Strategist Lead is transformational leader to enhance our competitive advantage in data solution and delivery capabilities to accelerate Real World Evidence (RWE) generation in whole product life cycle from clinical development and medical affaires activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Drive the development and execution of comprehensive Real-World Data (RWD) strategies across compounds and disease area which includes strategic RWD acquisition, development and delivery

Maximize the opportunities to utilize RWDs by leveraging advancing government strategy and shaping environmental challenges to solve the key RWD capability gaps and regulatory acceptance

Deliver the analysis ready dataset, reporting and analytics that allows seamless downstream consumption, standardization and integration of RWD available for use with fidelity, quality and compliance

Build-up the key capabilities in advanced analytics including user-centric RWD platform by partnering with IT department and other technology solution vendors

Minimum Qualification Requirements

Master degree in Data Science, Medical informatics, Health informatics or equivalent, and more than 3 years of experience in data management and statistical analysis in clinical trials or clinical observational studies using real-world data

Excellent communication skills (in Japanese and English Business level) with multiple related departments (both domestic and international)

Logical, scientific, and strategic thinking abilities

Additional preference

Experience in Database deployment and validation, Standardization of Medical information, Strong programming skills (SAS, R, Python etc),  Data analytics and research in health care domain

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム：5時～22時内で勤務。（ただし、一斉休憩を除く）1日の必要最低労働時間：4時間（半日休暇時は2時間）一斉休憩：12時～13時
