About this opportunity

THE INTERNSHIP

For our site in Fornovo San Giovanni, we are looking for an intern to join the Security & Crisis Management Department.

The intern will support the team in activities aimed at protecting people, company assets, and infrastructure, contributing to the maintenance of physical security programs, the management of security service providers, and initiatives related to risk assessment, crisis management, and business continuity.

Tasks & what you will be learning:

As part of the Security & Crisis Management team, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting activities such as:

Supporting the implementation and monitoring of physical security measures, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems, and the management of security service providers.

Participating in security risk management activities, including security risk assessments, site security reviews, incident analysis, reporting, and corrective action tracking.

Collaborating with local, Country, and Global stakeholders on security projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening site security and protection programs.

Contributing to the development and maintenance of security documentation, including procedures, operating instructions, security records, KPIs, and performance reporting.

Supporting Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and security awareness initiatives, including emergency response exercises, training activities, and employee engagement programs.

Requirements:

Educational background in scientific or technical disciplines.

Basic knowledge of Physical Security and Risk Management principles.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with security systems (e.g., Interflex) is considered a plus.

Curious and analytical mindset, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

Fluent Italian and professional English (B2 level or above).
