The Position

Internship - ERP Transformation Project

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented ERP Transformation Project Intern to join our global transformation team. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our SAP S/4HANA & EWM deployment, gaining hands-on exposure to a large-scale digital + business transformation. You will directly support the Project Management Office (PMO) and work cross-functionally across critical workstreams - including system integration, system testing, master data, user training, organizational change management, and technical/business go live.

This is an exceptional opportunity to learn how a multi-million dollar technology implementation operates from the ground up and build highly marketable enterprise project management skills.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, IT, engineering, biotechnology, or related business and technical disciplines.

Prior internship experience in project management, business analysis, or IT operations is highly desirable.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Workspace preferred but not a must.

Project Tools: Familiarity with project management collaboration tools is a strong plus.

SAP Awareness: Basic understanding of what an ERP system is a major advantage but not mandatory (we will train you).

Soft Skills & Competencies

Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously without letting details slip through the cracks.

Confident communication skills to interface effectively with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and internal business stakeholders.

Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
