DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
· Monitorizar los servicios GMP de la planta.
· Participar activamente en los proyectos de cualificación/validación de equipos y sistemas GMP, aportando la visión de Garantía de Calidad
· Asegurar que los sistemas de calidad directamente relacionados con instalaciones, servicios, equipos, equipos automatizados y sistemas de control distribuido ISA 95 nivel 1, se gestionan de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad establecidos.
· Proporcionar consejo técnico y de calidad a las áreas de Mantenimiento e Ingeniería para conseguir mejora continua y asegurar excelencia funcional.
· Asegurar que las instalaciones, servicios, equipos (de fábrica y del Laboratorio de Control de Calidad) con y sin automatización y sistemas de control distribuido ISA 95 nivel 1 se mantienen validados durante todo su ciclo de vida participando en los procesos de revisiones periódicas y cambios en los mismos.
REQUERIMIENTOS DE FORMACIÓN
Ingeniería preferiblemente Química o Industrial.
REQUERIMIENTOS DE EXPERIENCIA
No requerida.
Se valorará positivamente la realizacion de prácticas en el sector farmacéutico.
REQUERIMIENTOS DE IDIOMA
Inglés fluído - hablado y escrito (C1).
HABILIDADES PERSONALES
· Habilidades interpersonales: trabajo en equipo, orientación al cliente (interno/externo), toma de decisiones, buena comunicación oral y escrita.
· Habilidades organizativas: cualidades para priorizar objetivos, personas muy organizadas y detallistas.
· Habilidades técnicas: conocimiento en las normas de correcta fabricación, en conceptos de calidad y en su aplicación en la industria farmacéutica, así como mantenerse informado de las nuevas tendencias en instalaciones y servicios y su aplicación en la Industria Farmacéutica.
· Manejo de herramientas informáticas: conocimientos de software ofimático de uso común a nivel usuario, así como conocimiento de los sistemas informáticos que controlan los procesos de negocio.
