The Position

As the Human Resource Business Partner, ANZ, you will play a key role in delivering people strategies and HR solutions that support organizational growth and performance. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across employee management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, employee relations, and workforce planning, ensuring that people initiatives are aligned with business priorities and objectives.
Working closely with the Head of HR and the Regional Operations Center HR Leadership Team, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, helping to build organizational capability, foster a high-performing and engaged workforce, and strengthen company culture.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy Contribution
Accountable for HR elements within Australia and New Zealand to build organizational capabilities based on the defined HR strategy and guidelines
2. Organizational Effectiveness
Accountable for maintaining HR organizational processes and supporting the development of skill sets and people behaviors
3. Organizational Health, Culture, Workforce Engagement, and Environment
Accountable for enhancing company culture and regularly analyzing organizational health and workforce engagement (e.g., employee surveys).
Ensuring performance culture and business success embed in the organization
Measure engagement outcomes and link results to operational performance and business outcomes
4. Strategic Planning and Budgeting
Work closely with the local team including local Head of HR and the Regional Operations Centres of Excellence based in Singapore (CoE Talent, Total Rewards, and HR Services) to support the set up of the organization now and in the future.
Maintain and regularly report updated employee headcount
Support the maintenance of an accurate employee database
Provide personnel cost support to the budget planning process
5. HR Implementation and Operations
Implement HR solutions developed by Center of Excellence (COE), provide feedback to COEs and other parts of organization where required, and ensure business adherence
Ensure HR processes and policies are implemented in compliance with the Global Code of Conduct, global and local standards, external regulations, employment legislation, and statutory requirements
About Our Future Employee
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Legal Studies, or a similar discipline
Four to six years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in Business Partnering
Strong knowledge of employment law, recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, and HR best practices
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and partner effectively with business leaders
Strong business acumen, a collaborative approach, and a solution-focused mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience in Organizational Development (OD), transformation and change management, or a corporate/multinational company (MNC) environment is an advantage
