The Position

Join our team as an HR Business Partner in IT and help shape the digital future of our organization.

In this role, you will partner with IT leadership to align talent, skills and ways of working with evolving business needs. You will strengthen our culture, drive performance and engagement, and support key transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Your expertise will ensure that our people strategy supports business success while meeting global standards and local requirements.

This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 2-3 days per week on site.

This position is limited for 2 years.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a HR Business Partner, you will take the lead in establishing an effective organizational setup and developing people and organizational capabilities to meet both present and future business demands.

In this key role, you will shape an environment that encourages continuous performance development and engagement and enhances our company culture.

You will take on a role where you will be accountable for advising, guiding, and steering activities and building strong partnerships with the management team of the assigned function/sub-function in a global set-up.

Furthermore, you will drive the current and future business strategy from an HR perspective, ensuring adherence to global standards, local regulations, and corporate governance parameters.

This role offers you the opportunity to influence the development of the organization, manage talents effectively, and spearhead transformation and change to boost organizational effectiveness and performance.

A part of your role will also be to ensure the appropriate liaison of Centers of Excellence (COEs) and their respective governance, as well as collaborating with other Group Functions.

Requirements

Master’s degree in economics or law or a comparable course of study

Several years of professional experience in HR, including several years of professional experience in the HR Business Partner environment is beneficial. Further international experience is an advantage

Very good knowledge of various HR topics and experience in taking over performance & talent management processes

Analytical skills and knowledge of HR analytics as well as high level of commitment in the development and implementation of strategies

Self-organized, structured, as well as flexibility and creativity in dealing with changing requirements

Excellent communication skills in English, additionally also in German (or at least any interest in learning German)
