Our Sales Representatives are the face of our organisation and are instrumental in fulfilling our purpose – transforming lives for generations.

This role will cover the targeted customers across South West of NSW.

What you will be doing

Working in a customer facing role, you’ll engage and connect people to healthcare solutions that could transform their lives. We’ll create a positive impact together; with stories you’ll be proud to tell.

As a Sales Representative, you will promote key brands and engage primary care healthcare professionals within your territory to support positive treatment outcomes for patients. You will work with your team to develop and fulfil a local plan to exceed sales and customer contact goals.

Main responsibilities

Meet with Health Care Professionals aligned with our product portfolio strategy and cultivate sustainable business relationships based on customer preferences and needs.

Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels ensuring regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentation meetings, medical centre luncheons and participation in industry events.

Work effectively within the territory team, contributing to team success

Maximise sales call quality by utilising approved sales support materials, clinical papers, and other relevant resources. This involves presenting information effectively, tailoring it to customer needs, and staying informed about key competitor products and clinical developments.

Maintain a high level of product, disease state, technical, and industry knowledge through ongoing study and training.

Achieve required standard of sales calls which includes a regional area, working away from home 1 week in every 6 weeks

About you
