About this opportunity

職務の目的

メンテナンスエンジニアとして、HVAC、水道、蒸気、ガス、圧縮空気、LNGなど、割り当てられたユーティリティシステムの運用と保守を監督し、安全かつ効率的に、かつ基準に準拠して運用できるようにします。この役割は技術スタッフや契約業者の監督を含み、生産エンジニアリングチームと密接に連携して、QMS、EHS、規制要件、エンジニアリング基準に沿ったユーティリティの運営を支援します。

主な業務内容

LNG、AHU、冷却機、冷却塔、蒸気ボイラー、水処理施設および関連機器を含むすべてのユーティリティおよび施設システムの円滑な運転、保守、最適化を確保し、性能、効率、および費用対効果を重視する。

重要な予備部品の在庫を十分に維持し、正確なSAP記録と文書化によりメンテナンス活動の適時実行を監督します。

請負業者および内部スタッフの作業を計画・スケジュール・監督し、安全、現場ポリシーの遵守、GSKおよび規制・法的基準の遵守を確保します。

機器の故障や異常事象の調査、是正措置の実施、コンプライアンス、事業継続、品質、安全、環境問題のためのリスクの特定、報告、エスカレーションに貢献します。

年間予算編成、プロジェクト計画、CAPEXの開発・実行を支援し、コスト削減イニシアチブや継続的改善プロジェクトに貢献します。

公益事業のリスク評価、検証、自己検査、GSKエンジニアリングスタンダードのギャップ分析を実施し、RMS、VQMS、その他の確立されたフォーラムを通じて是正措置を管理します。

定期的なGembaウォーク、監査支援、内部および外部の品質、環境健康安全(EHS)、規制要件の遵守を通じて検査準備(inspection readiness)を整えること。

効果的なスタッフ育成を提供し、GSKのグローバルポリシーに準拠しつつ、安全で検証済みかつ高性能なユーティリティエンジニアリング業務を促進します。

必要な条件

スキル

製造業でのユーティリティ(電気・ガス・水道・空調設備)の運転、技術、方法に関する能力と十分な知識、もしくはビルメンテナンスに関する能力と十分な知識。

メールやMicrosoft Officeアプリケーションを含む基本的なコンピュータスキル。

経験

製造業でのエンジニアリングの経験、ユーティリティー設備の扱いに関する経験 5〜7年

学位/資格/語学力

工学学士以上 (機械工学、電気工学、または関連分野)
