That's why we're expanding not only our Medical Representative team, but also looking for a new District Sales Manager who will play a key role in building this next chapter of our success.

What you can expect

In this role, you will:
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
Support new team members in becoming successful while helping experienced colleagues reach their full potential.
Define the regional sales strategy and take ownership of its execution and results.
Build and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to successfully implement new commercial opportunities.
Champion a modern omnichannel approach to customer engagement.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for a leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for developing people.
Ideally, you bring:
Extensive experience leading a pharmaceutical sales team.
The ability to coach, inspire, and motivate experienced sales professionals.
Strategic commercial thinking with a strong results-oriented mindset.
Proven success in building long-term customer relationships.
Natural leadership, openness, and a collaborative approach across functions.
Advanced English (minimum B2 level).
A willingness and enthusiasm to travel across your region.
