Your new role

As a Digital Medical Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of how we communicate science in the digital age. You'll develop and execute medical strategies that strengthen our digital scientific communication and drive meaningful engagement with Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) across Israel.

Your responsibilities will include:

Driving comprehensive DOL engagement strategies from end-to-end – identifying, assessing, and cultivating relationships with key Digital Opinion Leaders to amplify scientific dialogue and foster compliant advocacy

Developing tailored content, resources, and specialized workshops that resonate with digital audiences and advance scientific understanding

Preparing, medically reviewing, and disseminating all corporate medical communications across digital platforms, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance

Creating planned medical scientific journeys for all relevant audiences, translating complex scientific content into impactful digital formats

Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Medical, Compliance, and Customer Excellence teams to align strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute scientifically accurate, impact-driven programs

Engaging with healthcare professionals and DOLs, to gather insights, co-create content, and ensure clinical relevance

Driving innovation in digital engagement by adopting new channels and methodologies that support our digital-first Medical Affairs model

We're pioneering new approaches to medical communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to the latest scientific insights through the channels and formats that work best for them.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a digitally savvy medical professional who thrives at the intersection of science and innovation. You'll bring with you:

MD, PhD in life science, PharmD, DVM, or DMD degree

At least 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, with exposure to digital channels and modern engagement approaches

High level of English proficiency – both oral and written – with exceptional content development and storytelling skills

Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and tools, with the ability to translate complex scientific content into impactful digital formats

Proven competencies in omnichannel thinking, stakeholder engagement, and driving effective strategy execution

Proactivity, ownership mindset, and innovation-oriented approach with the agility to adapt to evolving digital landscapes

Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
