Main responsibilities:

Serve as primary contact for T&E and Transparency stakeholders, executing end-to-end demand intake and documentation

Build strong working relationships with business partners and translate their needs into actionable requirements

Conduct demand intake sessions and maintain accurate pipeline records in demand management systems

Support demand assessment for feasibility, business value, and organizational alignment

Collaborate within Agile PODs with delivery teams and coordinate between Snowflake and Visualization teams

Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders

Drive process improvements and contribute to demand management standards and frameworks

About you

Experience: 6-8 years in demand management, business analysis, or project management with T&E and/or Transparency exposure

Domain knowledge: Solid understanding of Travel & Expenses and Transparency processes and regulatory context

Technical skills: Practical background in data lakes, Business Intelligence, and AI topics; proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with ability to engage operational and mid-level stakeholders

Mindset: Detail-oriented, customer-centric approach with Agile ways of working

Education: Bachelor's in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred

The salary range for this position is :Ft13 171 200,00 - Ft19 756 800,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
