Main responsibilities:

Support & coordinate the initiatives and projects within Controlling Enablement team. Monitor the status and progression of the transversal projects, in coordination with key project stakeholders (Data Integrity, User Support & Training, Business Enablement, Digital teams).

Help with the coordination of monthly performance KPI reviews and dashboarding.

Support the internal documentation management project.

Drive and support internal process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.

About you

Experience :

Ongoing university studies (active student status )   s tudying a degree in   Finance, Economics, IT , Engineering or related subjects

Min.  20   -hour availability/week

Soft and technical skills :

Systems: MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, ) - mandatory,

Problem solving, analytical skills

Good communication   skills

Attentive to detail and works with precision

Languages :  Fluent in English
