Contracts Lifecycle Business Partner

We are looking for an open-minded and well-organized professional to join our dynamic Contract Lifecycle Management Team. In this role, you will closely follow the complete lifecycle of commercial contracts, managing the journey from the very beginning of the supply process until its conclusion. This position offers a unique development path: you will first gain complex, comprehensive CLM knowledge based on the established best practices of Poland and the Baltic countries. Once fully onboarded, you will leverage this expertise to support and drive the end-to-end CLM processes for the Turkish market , actively contributing to the harmonization and simplification of our regional operations.

The position is a fixed- term contract for 18 months by temporary work agency

In this role, you will:

First, acquire and organize complex knowledge: 

Fully master the end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) ecosystem, learning from the established practices and workflows of Poland and the Baltics

Consolidate, structure, and map out this expertise to prepare a solid, standardized foundation for cross-country collaboration

Then, transition into driving support for Turkey:

Take full ownership of the end-to-end CLM scope for the Turkish market, applying your structured knowledge to guide and support local operations

Execute digital contract workflows and financial CLM processes after tender wins using enterprise platforms like SAP, and contract management tools like Conex, and Agiloft

You will prepare, check and submit proper contractual documentation to the customers

You will ensure correct and timely update and maintenance of contracts: amendments, renewals, and extensions

You will monitor contract and reagent data and make any necessary changes based on internal or external documentation

You will cooperate with the Sales department in the proper implementation of contracts, agreements, and annexes

You will verify the accuracy of data in systems such as SAP, Agiloft, and deal calculation tool

You will monitor new equipment from warranty replacements in the field of peripheral equipment (low-value equipment)

You will monitor, transfer, and update the used equipment base in the register of fixed assets

You will collaborate with the service department to maintain the accuracy of instrument data in our system

You will have the opportunity to improve your SAP skills

In cooperation with other departments, you will order digital licenses for our products

Who you are:

University degree

At least 2 years of relevant work experience (i.e. logistics, projects management, commercial environment);

A solid understanding of Finance, Accounting, Fiscal, and Statutory Principles. Prior experience with tender processes, contract management, or Fixed Assets is considered a strong asset

Basic knowledge of tender process, management of contracts and Fixed Assets would be a plus

Practical proficiency in MS Office and specialized CLM/ERP software, hands-on experience with SAP, Agiloft, GDC (Global Deal Calculation), or CMC (Contract Management Console) is highly valued

Fluent English is mandatory, Polish and/or Turkish is nice to have

Careful in work, alert, honest and result-oriented

Problem solving mindset and proactive approach

Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization

Strong communication skills, for both internal as customer communication
