Join our Global Legal, Ethics & Business Integrity and Global Security Team as a Communication, Events and Training Lead and you can help make it happen. This role combines communication expertise, event coordination, digital tools management, and people development to support the department's evolving challenges and strategic initiatives. The position reports to the LEBI Communication & Change Manager.
LEBI & GS is a global function structured around 4 areas of expertise: Legal, Intellectual Property, Ethics & Business Integrity, Global Security. Our team provides strategic advice to enable Sanofi to achieve its objectives. Our team collaborates across Sanofi, with a geographical footprint close to business, on a variety of sophisticated business topics and provides pragmatic and innovative solutions to our business partners.

Main responsibilities:
Collaboration and Communication
Assist in content preparation for team meetings for COO members, including reviewing and refining slide design to ensure high-quality, consistent presentations.
Participate in the organization of meetings with various project stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events within the LEBI & GS Department, fostering team engagement and cohesion.
Support communication related to the Chief Operating Office on an ad hoc basis through Viva Engage, contributing to the animation and cohesion of the LEBI & GS community.
Ensure that COO generic mailboxes are monitored regularly and that timely responses are provided.
Digital Tools & Communication Platforms Management
Manage LEBI & GS communication tools, including updates to the LEBI & GS / LAW SharePoint and access management.
Support the administration and day-to-day use of collaboration tools including Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
Contribute to the creation of communication materials and project-related content, ensuring alignment with Sanofi's visual identity and messaging standards.
Provide regular population extractions for the LEBI & GS Department, maintaining accurate workforce data and analytics.
Transactions support
Be in charge of Purchase Order, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Anticipate renewals of legal subscriptions and maintain up-to-date database.
Provide support on travel and visa arrangements.
People Development
Contribute to the maintenance of up-to-date training in iLearn.
Support the update and maintenance of training materials in Sanofi U, ensuring content remains current and accessible.
Support the onboarding and continuous development of team members by ensuring learning resources are accessible and current.
About you
Experience:
1+ years of related experience in communication, including administrative and operational support at senior management level
Experience working in an international environment preferred
Experience working in a matrix environment preferred
Technical skills:
Advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote)
Digitally savvy and willing to learn and use new applications and tools.
Soft skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, including interaction with executive level professionals.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Team player with a solution-oriented approach and a commitment to developing strong collaborative relationships and a demonstrated ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Commitment to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and engaging with appropriate stakeholders to propose solutions.
Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written).

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft11 404 800,00 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.
