We are seeking a Director, GCC Commercial Lead to join our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad. This role is a foundational member of Regeneron's first GCC and will drive the expansion and scaling of commercial capabilities across Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Market Access. The successful candidate will establish best practices, build high-performing teams, and enable a data-driven, customer-centric commercial model while working closely with U.S.-based commercial leadership.

Discover your role:

Lead and scale the India-based GCC commercial organization, driving innovation, best practices, and collaboration across teams.

Serve as a member of the GCC leadership team and contribute to the overall success of the Global Capability Center.

Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams through hiring, capability development, and leadership coaching.

Oversee leaders responsible for Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations, and Market Access functions.

Collaborate with global commercial leadership to define and implement the commercial capability roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy and business priorities.

Partner with U.S.-based commercial leaders to align priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless execution across time zones.

Establish knowledge transfer programs with VP-level commercial leaders to support transition, localization of methodologies, and capability building within the GCC.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence strategic business decisions.

Drive integration of analytics, insights, and operations to support data-driven decision-making and commercial excellence.

Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and delivery standards across Commercial GCC teams.

Oversee delivery of analytics, reporting, campaign execution, and operational support across multiple global markets, including the U.S., EU5, and Japan.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal quality standards across all commercial activities.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and quality of commercial capabilities.

This role requires:

Strong understanding of the end-to-end pharmaceutical commercial ecosystem, including Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Patient Engagement.

Deep familiarity with commercial data domains including patient, HCP, claims, prescription, payer, CRM, and market datasets.

Experience using advanced analytics, customer segmentation, performance analytics, and forecasting to support business decisions.

Knowledge of data strategy, governance, quality, standardization, and scalable data management frameworks.

Understanding of digital, CRM, and omnichannel engagement ecosystems, including campaign measurement and customer engagement strategies.

Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Familiarity with commercial operations processes including campaign execution, incentive compensation, territory alignment, and program delivery.

Understanding of data integration, architecture concepts, multi-source data environments, ETL processes, and analytics enablement.

Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and review processes impacting commercial content and engagement.

Experience building and scaling global capability models, operating frameworks, and service delivery structures.

Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business priorities into execution.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership teams.

Strong communication and influencing skills across all organizational levels.

Ability to thrive in high-growth, evolving environments and lead organizational transformation.

Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement attitude.

Comfortable working across global time zones and collaborating with U.S.-based leadership.

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial functions, including significant leadership experience across Insights & Analytics, Commercial Operations, Market Access, or related domains.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams.
