In this vital and exciting role, you will serve as a Scientific Documentation & Enablement Specialist who will support the adoption and effective use of complex scientific and informatics workflows across Large Molecule Discovery (LMD).  This role serves as a bridge between technical development teams and scientific end users by creating clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that guides research users and new hires.  The specialist will translate multifaceted workflow steps, decision points, system interactions, and expected outputs into practical guidance that supports consistent day-to-day execution.

Working closely with scientists, informaticians, software engineers, and workflow owners, this individual will develop and maintain user-facing documentation, quick reference guides (QRGs), training materials, and workflow guidance that help researchers understand how to complete complex processes accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with a scientific background who enjoys organizing complex workflow information and communicating it in a way that is intuitive, actionable, and meaningful to research users.

In this role, your core responsibilities include:

Develop clear, scientist-facing documentation for AI, informatics, and digital research workflows across Large Molecule Discovery.

Create QRGs, user guides, SOPs, FAQs, workflow documentation, training materials, and onboarding resources that support effective technology adoption.

Translate complex technical concepts, workflow logic, software functionality, and AI capabilities into practical guidance for scientific users.

Partner with scientific, informatics, data, and technology teams to validate content, communicate platform changes, and support integration into routine operations.

Establish and maintain documentation repositories, standards, templates, terminology, governance processes, and review cycles to ensure content is accurate, current, consistent, and discoverable.

Collaborate with technical teams to validate documentation content and ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with organizational standards

Gather user feedback to improve documentation usability, adoption, and overall user experience.

Support change management and broader enablement initiatives that drive the adoption of digital, AI-enabled, and informatics capabilities across LMD.

How we calculate "similar"

No black box, no LLM guesswork: a deterministic score built from four normalized attributes. Here's this role's own peer group at different match levels, so you can see the mechanism, not just the result.

Every comparison starts from the same 100-point budget: 25 for working in the same function, 40 for the same therapeutic area, 20 for the same or adjacent seniority, 15 for the same country. A dimension we can't confirm on both sides contributes nothing, never a guess, never a free pass.

Unmatched or unknown dimensions score exactly the same: 0 points, never a partial guess. A role we know almost nothing about beyond its function bottoms out at 25%; it never inflates to 100% just because there's little to compare against. Seniority uses a defined ladder (Associate → Manager → Associate Director → Senior → Principal → Director → Senior Director → Executive/VP) so "Director" and "Senior Director" count as adjacent, but "Director" and "Executive/VP" do not.
