At Regeneron, we are seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Insights & Analytics - Immunology to join our Commercial Insights & Analytics organization. Reporting directly to the Director, Commercial I&A, this role will lead the India-based Immunology I&A team and serve as a strategic partner to global stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive analytics, insights generation, business performance evaluation, and decision support activities across the Immunology Commercial Business Unit.

This position offers the opportunity to influence commercial strategy through data-driven insights, lead high-performing teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners across global markets to enhance business performance and patient impact.

Discover your role:

Lead the India-based Commercial I&A Immunology team and develop a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Drive innovation, standard processes, and collaboration as part of the Global Capabilities Center (GCC) I&A leadership team.

Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and leadership development initiatives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Global, U.S., and International Immunology leadership teams.

Actively participate in the Commercial Immunology I&A Steering Committee and oversee committee priorities, actions, and communications.

Partner with advanced analytics teams to demonstrate predictive models, segmentation strategies, and targeting approaches.

Oversee analytics pods delivering actionable insights across multiple brands and markets.

Guide the development of executive-ready presentations that communicate trends, business implications, and strategic recommendations.

Lead assessment of brand and market performance by integrating sales, claims, market research, and competitive intelligence data.

Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses to address key business questions and identify performance drivers.

Design and enhance performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, and executive dashboards.

Identify data gaps and collaborate with data management teams to strengthen data infrastructure.

Assess and implement innovative analytical methodologies that improve market understanding and brand differentiation.

Incorporate competitive intelligence and primary market research findings into strategic business recommendations.

Provide strategic oversight and problem-solving support across the Commercial I&A Immunology team.

This role requires:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry within commercial analytics, consulting, insights, or related functions.

Demonstrated experience leading and developing small to large teams.

Experience supporting brand strategy, forecasting, and commercial decision-making through analytics and insights.

Advanced SQL and data analytics skills.

Experience accessing and analyzing data across multiple platforms and sources.

Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

Experience with Snowflake preferred.

Strong experience working with commercial pharmaceutical datasets, including sales, claims, distribution, and media data.

Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.

Strong expertise in pharmaceutical/biotech Insights & Analytics, brand performance measurement, and decision support.

Proven ability to influence business strategy through data-driven recommendations.

Strong storytelling skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.

Experience conducting ad-hoc analyses and addressing ambiguous business challenges.

Strong understanding of primary market research methodologies and forecasting approaches.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.

Ability to work effectively across functions and global stakeholder groups.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization.

Experience operating within cross-functional delivery models and matrix organizations.
