Position Summary

You will support key account activities in Hong Kong to build strong partnerships with hospitals and healthcare professionals. You will work across sales, medical and commercial teams to deliver strategic plans and practical solutions. We value collaboration, curiosity and clear communication. Responsibilities

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Support the development and execution of strategic account plans for hospitals and specialist clinics.

Manage day-to-day relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive service and operational excellence.

Coordinate internal teams to deliver customer-focused programs and local initiatives.

Track account performance, prepare reports and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.

Support contract and budget management to ensure objectives are met and resources are used effectively.

Help identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and presentations.

Why You?

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in healthcare.

Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Cantonese is highly desirable.

Comfortable using data and basic analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.

Able to work on-site in Hong Kong and travel locally as required.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus

Experience working with hospitals, teaching hospitals, or specialist clinics.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services sectors.

Familiarity with interpreting clinical evidence and applying it in commercial settings.

Demonstrated project coordination or small team leadership experience.

Proficiency with CRM systems and common office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in Cantonese and English, with strong presentation skills.

Working arrangement

This is an on-site role based in Hong Kong with regular local travel to customer sites.
