YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Application Specialist, you are responsible for an exceptional client experience consisting of training, support, consulting, and know-how transfer within the regions. You exhibit a high level of customer centricity and possess a strong aptitude for problem identification and solving, always striving to enhance the quality of care provided to patients while optimizing resources.

KEY TASKS:

Co-create and support the implementation of tailored training activities that integrate our comprehensive range of offerings into clinical routine;

Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to actively contribute to the development of innovative technical solutions as well as sophisticated educational material;

Leverage excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of client needs to continuously seek opportunities to enhance client knowledge and engagement;

Effectively manage training schedules and resources, prioritizing activities that maximize the impact of educational efforts;

Ensure clients derive the maximum benefit from training activities and resources provided;

Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall goal of the position.

WHO YOU ARE:

Radiographer (TRM, MRTE, MTR, MTRA, RT, RFP, MERM) with several years’ experience in radiology, proven educational and training skills, and a well-established network in the local radiology community;

Profound product knowledge and certifications across the therapeutic area, with hands‑on experience in applying medical devices;

Working knowledge of IT fundamentals including connectivity, networks, data transfer and storage, and healthcare IT systems such as RIS, PACS, or HIS;

Solid understanding of business administration and the health‑care business environment;

Highly independent, focused, and results‑oriented with strong customer centricity and eady to work in the field;

Team player with good analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication competencies;

Very well organized with proven ability to manage complex tasks and situations;

Proficiency in French, German, and English (mandatory).
